Refund Policy for Digital Courses

All courses offered by CORISE Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. are digital educational products delivered electronically through our Learning Management System (LMS).

No Refund After Course Access

Once a learner has successfully accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or commenced any portion of the course content, the purchase shall be deemed consumed and no refund shall be available. By purchasing and accessing the course, the learner expressly agrees to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that refunds are not available after course access has commenced.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Payment Successful but Course Not Accessible — Payment has been successfully processed, learner has not received course access within a reasonable period, and technical verification confirms that access was not provided.
Duplicate Payment — The same course is purchased multiple times due to a technical or processing error.
Incorrect Charge — An incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.

Technical Support Before Refund

Before any refund request is processed, learners must contact info@coriseconsulting.com and provide: order number, registered email address, payment receipt, and a description of the issue. CORISE will make reasonable efforts to restore access before considering a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

UK, EU, Singapore & Similar Consumer Rights

By purchasing and immediately accessing digital course content, users acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately and certain withdrawal rights may be waived in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Chargebacks

Users experiencing technical issues should contact support before initiating payment disputes. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
